We carefully select materials that are lowerimpact,  long-lasting,  and responsibly sourced.  Wherever possible,  we prioritise natural,  recycled,  and locally available materials to minimise carbon emissions and reduce waste.

We believe sustainability doesn't stop at material selection but continues circularly through smarter reuse. That is why we developed our Second Life initiative, a circular approach which gives a new purpose to previously used furniture, fixtures and materials. Through this initiative, we carefully recover, refurbish, and repurpose high-quality elements from past projects transforming them into new resources for future projects. This circular model reduces waste, lowers environmental impact. and delivers cost efficiencies while contributing to a more sustainable business model.
